Prevent your screen from going dark
Set aside ½ cup of the chopped avocado.
In a medium bowl combine the remaining avocados with chopped cucumber & pico de gallo.
In a blender combine the ½ cup reserved avocado, cilantro, greek yogurt, lime juice, honey and garlic and blend until smooth.
Pour mixture over the avocado mixture and toss to combine.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour into serving bowl and garnish with extra cilantro.
Serve with sweet potato chips or tortilla chips.
