This Slow Cooker Balsamic Taco Chicken is the perfect simple and flavorful taco meat!

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 3/4 cups tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 packet taco seasoning*
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Place the chicken into a slow cooker.
- In a bowl or pyrex measuring cup, combine tomato sauce, tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, taco seasoning & salt and whisk to combine.
- Pour mixture over the chicken and stir to coat.
- Cook on high or 3-4 hours or on low for 6 hours.
- Shred with 2 forks and stir with sauce.
Notes
- *any taco seasoning you like, I love Siete!
- You can use frozen chicken breasts too!
