Ingredients
Scale
- 1 16 oz. bag chopped kale

- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp orange juice
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Add kale to a large bowl and add in 2 tbsp avocado oil. Massage the kale to incorporate the oil and to break down the kale a bit.

- Combine all dressing ingredients in a small blender and blend until combined and well seasoned.
- Grab 4 32 oz. mason jars. In each mason jar add about 2 tbsp of dressing, followed by 1 tbsp chopped pecans, 1 chopped chicken apple sausage, ½ cup sweet potatoes, gorgonzola cheese, then fill the rest with the massaged kale.
- Store them in your fridge until you are ready to eat.
- When ready to enjoy, preheat a pan over medium heat. Dump the whole jar of ingredients into the pan and cook for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
