Lemon, Garlic & Rosemary Shrimp

  • Total Time: 20 minutes


  • 10 oz. shrimp
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed rosemary
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Talespoon lemon juice
  • 2 garlic cloves (chopped)


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice 2 lemons and place at the bottom of your baking dish. In a separate bowl combine shrimp, olive oil, rosemary, salt, pepper and lemon juice. Place shrimp on top of the lemon slices without overlapping. Sprinkle chopped garlic over shrimp. Bake uncovered for 8-10 minutes. Serve with pasta, rice or salad. Serves 2.
