Roll out the pie dough then use a round cookie cutter or wide mouth jar to cut 6 circles out of the dough.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place each pie round on the sheet. Sprinkle each with sugar to coat.
Bake the pie rounds for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
While the pie dough cooks, add chopped strawberries to a bowl and top with 2 tbsp sugar. Use a fork or potato masher to mash the strawberries slightly. This will bring out their juices and make a sauce for them.
Once the pie rounds are cooked. Top each with strawberries and whipped cream!
