Prepare the Dressing
In a medium bowl, whisk together the apple cider vinegar, honey, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, pepper, and salt.
Whisk until the dressing is completely smooth and well combined. Set it aside.
Get Your Salad Ingredients Ready
Make sure your bacon is cooked until crispy and then chopped into small pieces.
Chop your broccoli florets into small, bite-sized pieces. You want them small enough to be easy to eat in a salad.
Dice the red onion into very small pieces.
Assemble the Salad
In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped, crispy bacon, diced broccoli florets, dried cranberries, finely diced red onion, and sunflower seeds.
Dress and Serve!
Pour the creamy dressing you made over all the salad ingredients in the large bowl.
Toss everything gently until all the ingredients are well coated with the dressing.
You can serve this salad right away, or chill it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld together.
