Flax egg - 1 tablespoon ground flax seed + 2 ½ tablespoons water, let sit for 5 minutes

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine walnuts, almonds, pecans, almond flour, salt and chia seeds in a large bowl.
In another bowl combine coconut oil, cashew butter, coconut sugar, honey, vanilla and flax egg. Pour wet ingredients over the nuts and stir well to combine.
Pour mixture on the baking sheet with parchment paper and press into one even layer. It will look like one large cookie!
Bake for 13 minutes or until lightly browned all over. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.
Once cool, Break into whatever size chunks you like! Enjoy on a smoothie bowl, as a snack by the handful or in a bowl with some berries and almond milk!
