This dip is incredibly simple to make and bursting with Mediterranean flavors!

Ingredients 

  • ½ Cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ Cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tbsp pesto
  • 1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed

Instructions 

  • Get a bowl: Grab a medium-sized mixing bowl.
  • Add everything in: Put the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, pesto, and the drained/rinsed chickpeas into the bowl.
  • Mix it up: Use a spoon to stir everything together until all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Serve! That's it! Scoop your dip into a serving bowl.

How to Enjoy Your Dip:

  • With dippers: Serve it with crunchy pita chips, slices of cucumber, carrot sticks, bell pepper strips, or your favorite crackers.
