Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup applesauce
- 3 eggs
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups oat flour
- 2 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon*
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1/4 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- ½ tsp. Salt
Icing:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 to 3 tbsp milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine. Pour into a parchment lined loaf pan and bake for 35 minutes.
- Let it cool then combine icing ingredients until the consistency is thick but pourable.
- Pour icing over cake and enjoy!
