- 24 peeled & deveined jumbo shrimp
- ½ cup bbq sauce (i like sugar free brands like primal kitchen)
- 2 cups of chopped pineapple
- 24 cherry tomatoes
- In a large bowl combine shrimp and bbq sauce and toss to coat.
- Take 8 skewers and and line them with 3 shrimp, 3 pieces of chopped pineapple and 3 cherry tomatoes, in any order you like.
- Turn your grill on high and cook skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp is pink and opaque.
