Ingredients
Scale
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper
- 4 cups shredded chicken
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped kale
Instructions
- In a medium bowl combine mayonnaise, whole grain mustard, tahini, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup and garlic powder. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Add in chicken, raisins and chopped kale and stir to combine.
