- 10 oz green cabbage
- 1 mango, julienned
- ½ jicama root, julienned
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Nakano Mango Seasoned Rice Vinegar
- 1 lime
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl combine cabbage, mango, jicama and red onion. In a small bowl combine mayonnaise, Nakano Mango Seasoned Rice Vinegar and the juice and zest of 1 lime. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour over coleslaw ingredients and toss to coat. Serve as a side or on top of a bbq chicken or pork sandwich!
