Greek Yogurt Caesar Chicken Wrap

For Dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 1 teaspoon red wine vinegar
  • juice of 1/2 a lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


  • 2 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
  • romaine lettuce
  • low carb tortillas


  1. Mix all dressing ingredients in a small bowl until combined. Pour over chopped chicken and stir to coat. On a tortilla or wrap, place romaine lettuce and 1/2 cup of chicken mixture. Wrap up and enjoy!
