Ingredients
Scale
- 10 hard boiled eggs, diced*
- ⅓ cup mayo
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 celery stalk, chopped
- 3 pickle slices, chopped
- ½ tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 cup diced ham
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
Notes
- The easiest way to diced your eggs is to push them through a cooling rack into the bowl!
