Ingredients

- 1 cup non dairy milk*
- 3 chai tea bags
- 2 and 1/4 cups old fashioned rolled oats
- 2 tbsp flax meal (ground flax seeds)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tsp chai spice mix
- Icing (optional)
Instructions
- Microwave milk for about 1 minute to warm then soak tea bags in warm milk for 5-10 min.
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and pour into a square pyrex dish that has been lightly oiled.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes.
Notes
- You can use regular dairy milk if you want!
- Icing: 3/4 cup powdered sugar + 2 tbsp chai tea (fun for a weekend breakfast!)
