Ingredients
Scale
- 1 spaghetti squash, cooked & strands removed
- 5 artichoke hearts, cooked and chopped
- 4 cups chopped or shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- Large handful of chopped kale and cabbage salad mix
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In a large bowl combine cooked spaghetti squash, artichoke hearts, chicken, balsamic vinaigrette and chopped kale and cabbage. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture into a casserole dish and bake for 10 minutes.
