This Avocado Dill Tuna Salad is a delicious lunch option that is full of great veggies, healthy fat and protein!

Avocado Dill Tuna Salad


  • 2 cans albacore tuna, drained
  • 1 mashed avocado
  • 1 teaspoon dijon
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/3 cup chopped seeded cucumber
  • 2 tablespoons chopped pickle
  • 2 tablespoons minced red onion
  • 1 tablespoon champagne vinegar*


  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir until evenly distributed. Enjoy in a lettuce wrap, cucumber cup or on a sandwich!
