Ingredients
Scale
- ¾ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup nutritional yeast
- 1 egg white
- ⅛ teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chopped herbs (i used fresh rosemary & sage)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325. Combine the almond flour, nutritional yeast, herbs, egg white and salt together until you form a ball of dough. Place dough on a piece of parchment paper and put another piece on top of that roll the dough out to about 1/8 inch thick or thinner if you want really crispy crackers. Remove the top piece of parchment paper and place the bottom piece on a cookie sheet.
- Cut the dough with a pizza cutter into whatever size cracker you prefer. Make little slices in the top for a fun texture if desired! Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown, the thinner the cracker, the less time you bake it for.
